Do you have a minimum order quantity?

No! Feel free to buy whatever you wish, the only thing be be aware of is our carriage charge for orders under £295.

What are your carriage and order processing charges?

Our standard order handling and carriage charge is £9.95. Next working day (Express) delivery is £17.50. Orders over £295 net qualify for free standard delivery to a UK mainland address (Excluding DD, AB, PH, KW, IV1-39, PA21-38). For multiple pallet orders carriage may sometimes need to be calculated separately, but we will inform you if this is the case. Certain areas may incur an additional charge regardless of order value, which you will be made aware of when placing an order online. Any offshore or international deliveries require a quote for carriage from a courier. You will be informed of this during the checkout process, and a member of our staff will be in contact to complete your order. Orders incurring custom carriage charges will be unable to process their payment online.

Do you have a cut-off time for next day (Express) delivery?

Our cut-off time for next day deliveries is normally 3pm, if you place an order after this time we cannot promise, but will endeavour to send it next day. If you urgently need an order please call us and we will do our best to ensure it reaches you as soon as possible. Please note that we also do not deliver on weekends, so any order with Express Delivery placed on a Friday will arrive the following Monday.

Can I get a timed, or before noon delivery?

We are able to offer timed or before noon deliveries, although they will be at an additional cost. If you require this service please call us on 01278 437123.

Do you dispatch orders at the weekend?

Orders are dispatched Monday - Friday, excluding Bank Holidays. We endeavour to dispatch any orders placed before 3pm the same day, however this cannot be guaranteed during our busiest periods. 

How long will delivery take?

If you have paid for Express Delivery and placed your order before 3pm then your order will be with you the next day. Our standard delivery can take up to 5 working days, but the majority of orders arrive sooner. Orders despatched on pallets via standard delivery may take slightly longer than smaller orders.

Are measurements internal or external?

All our measurements are external, and do not include handles. Please note that due to the handmade nature of our products, sizes may not always be exact, so please allow a 5% minimum tolerance on all sizes.

Can you provide samples?

We are very happy to send samples, but they are payable and non-returnable.

How can I choose to pay for my order?

We accept the following payment methods online or over the phone: Visa, Visa Debit/Delta, Mastercard and Maestro. Unfortunately we are unable to accept American Express. If you have a credit account with us, the website will allow you to place your order in this way.

How do I know that you have received my order?

You will receive an order acknowledgement email to the email address associated with your account. Upon receipt of this email you can be assured that we have received your order.

Can I collect my order?

We are happy for you to collect your order. Please call us on 01278 437123 to place your order (and avoid carriage charges).

Do you ship overseas?

We are usually able to ship internationally, please place you order as normal through the website and we will contact you for details of carriage. Additional charges will be incurred for international delivery. Alternatively please call a member of our sales team on 01278 437123.

Do I count as mainland United Kingdom?

The following postcodes are treated as island or overseas deliveries. These areas require us to get a quote for carriage from our couriers: IM, IV40-51, PO30-41, HS, Channel Islands, Northern Ireland. The following postcodes incur an additional charge for carriage (5% of order value), this will be added automatically at checkout: PA21-38, AB, IV1-39, KW, PH, DD.

When will I receive my invoice?

You will usually receive your invoice by email the day after your order has been despatched, if there is a problem with this please call us on 01278 437123.

Are there any discount codes or vouchers that I can use with my order?

My order is damaged or incomplete, what should I do?
