All our deliveries will require a signature. Orders placed before 3pm will typically be sent the same working day.

Timed or Weekend Deliveries

These types of deliveries are normally possible but please contact our team to discuss your order. We will then be able to provide a delivery quote.

Pallet Deliveries & Very Large Orders

We ship most orders on a next working day service, but if you've placed an order for a very large item (or lots of items) it may be sent on a pallet, which can take a bit longer. Please allow 3 working days for delivery. If you need the stock urgently we may be still be able to help, so please get in touch. Pallet deliveries are made to a kerbside location. The driver is normally unable to wait for goods to be unpackaged and checked.

Click & Collect

You can collect your order from our main warehouse in Bridgwater, Somerset. Your order will be ready to collect during our normal hours of 9am-5pm the following working day. If you urgently need your order the same day please contact our team and we will endeavour to help.
