Step 1: Innovation & Development

We discuss factors that impact the full product life cycle, from material choice to product use and recyclability. We research similar products already in the marketplace. Finally we create accurate artwork and present concepts. We provide information on sampling and production lead times, delivery and testing requirements.

With an initial product specification built we create prototypes and samples for approval. Following iteration and change we reach gold-seal sample stage, after which production can commence.

Shortening Lead Times

The sooner you see samples, the faster you get delivery. We ask critical questions early to reduce sampling time.

Accurate Sampling

We work hard to reduce the need for air freighted samples. Representative digital artwork is used whenever possible

Detailed Specifications

Our technical team create detailed specifications that are digitally signed by all parties; Gadsby, client and factory.

Step 2: Production & QC

Our team's role during production is to reduce risk, whether technical, logistical or environmental. Ethical oversight is managed through a 3rd party and Sedex. We use strategic partners that we know and understand, with our own staff on site overseeing production.

Our team are on hand to ensure QC is carried out to AQLs that have been agreed with clients. DUPRO and final inspection records are made available online so progress can be tracked live.

Full Client Visibility

Our Salix data platform provides full visibility. Track orders through each step, with regular updates from our team.

Continuous Improvement

We don't find and engage factories for single orders, we build partnerships and work with sites to keep improving.

Independent Monitoring

In addition to our oversight, we ensure all sites are ethically and environmentally SMETA audited by 3rd parties like SGS.

Step 3: Logistics & Delivery

Once final loading inspections are complete responsibility for the stock passes either to the client (if Ex-Works terms) or our office-based logistics team. We calculate nesting and loading profiles to optimise available space and reduce shipping emissions.

Our long term relationships with all of the major ocean freight alliances aids space reliability, with our team monitoring and tracking vessel progress daily. Clients are provided with online live shipment tracking right up to delivery.
