B Corp Month 2026

2 March 2026

This B Corp month, we’re taking a moment to reflect on what it means to display the B Corp logo with pride. It’s more than a certification mark. It’s a visible commitment to people, the planet, and continuous improvement. It's also a signal that we believe business can, and should, be a force for good.

B Corp Month 2026

Every B Corp looks different. But that shared symbol represents a common goal: doing better, together. As a B Corp business since April 2024, this is a chance for us to not only talk about what we do, but why we do it. And who makes it possible!

The people behind the certification

Becoming B Corp wasn’t the result of one project or one team. It was a collective effort driven by people across Gadsby who care about how our business operates and the impact it has.

From our designers and product teams making thoughtful material choices, to our operations and supply chain teams embedding transparency and responsibility into everyday decisions. B Corp certification reflects how our people show up - with curiosity, accountability, and a want to keep improving.

That commitment doesn’t stop once certification is achieved. In fact, that’s where the real work begins.

Why the B Corp logo matters

The B Corp logo is a promise. It tells our customers, partners, and peers that we hold ourselves to high standards - and that we’re prepared to measure, question, and improve how we operate.

It’s also a reminder to us as a business. Certification isn’t the end goal; it’s a framework for continuous progress. We’re proud to be part of a global community of businesses using that same marker to challenge the status quo and lead with purpose.

Creating a more collaborative space for our team

Late 2025 saw the renovation of our UK office to create a more collaborative environment. The space now features an open-plan office all on one floor. This encourages easier communication and spontaneous collaboration across teams.

A larger staff break room provides a welcoming area for social interaction. This helps build strong connection and support wellbeing. Our on-site gym promotes health and balance. It's a space that gives team members the chance to recharge during the day, before work or after work.

Finally, the modern design studio offers a creative hub where ideas can be prototyped and developed, fostering innovation and hands-on collaboration in every project.

Turning values into action

Over the past year, we’ve continued to build on the commitments that helped us achieve B Corp certification:

  • Environmental progress

We’re actively working towards reducing our Scope 1, 2 and 3 carbon emissions and water usage, with clear targets guiding our decisions and long-term net zero ambitions set for 2045.

  • Better spaces for our team

Our UK office refurbishment reflects our belief that wellbeing, creativity, and collaboration thrive in well-designed environments. We see investing in our workspace as an investment in our people.

  • Transparency & ethical production

We remain open about our processes, the factories we work with and manage, and how we support worker development. Transparency is central to building trust and accountability.

  • Smarter logistics & design

By improving accuracy in design and prototyping here in the UK, we continue to reduce reliance on air freight - lowering emissions while strengthening our development process.

  • Sustainable materials as a priority

Material choice remains at the heart of what we do. We focus on sustainably sourced, fast-growing materials to reduce environmental impact without compromising quality.

Looking ahead

B Corp Month is as much about the future as it is about reflection. Over the year ahead, we’ll continue to challenge ourselves to go further. We'll do this by strengthening our environmental strategy, supporting our team, and learning from fellow B Corps.

Being part of the B Corp community connects us to a global movement of businesses who believe that success should be measured by more than profit alone.

We’re proud of the logo we carry - not because it represents perfection, but because it represents intent, action, and accountability. It’s a symbol of the work we’ve done, the people who made it happen, and the commitment we’ve made to keep moving forward - for our people, our planet, and the future of our business.
