B Corp Month is an annual, global campaign. Every year during March, B Lab and the global B Corp community come together to celebrate everything it means to be a B Corp, raising awareness of the movement across the world.

As Gadsby became a B Corp certified business in April 2024, this is our first B Corp Month. We're excited to be able to talk more about how we're making changes to ensure our business is making a positive impact.

2025 Theme: Gen B

Whether young or old, big or small, Certified B Corps™ think boldly, act for change and demand a better future. B Corp certification is more than a mark: it’s a way of seeing the world - and leading for good. Step into the world of this year’s theme: Gen B. The generation of people using business who are rooted in action, inspiration and a belief in doing better.

This whole campaign aims to highlight what we, as a business, are doing today, for a better tomorrow. We’re working hard to make that positive impact for people, the environment and the culture of business.

Moving Forward

Becoming a B Corp was a huge achievement for us (read more about that here) but it’s about WHAT we’re doing as a business that is now most important. Whilst certification and audits are essential for us to follow the impact our business is having on the planet; we’re more than just statistics.

Here’s what we’re doing behind the scenes:

Cutting Emissions: We’ve set a goal to reduce our scope 1, 2 and 3 carbon emissions and water usage by 5%.

Net Zero: By 2045, we aim to achieve net zero status across scope 1, 2 and 3 categories. It’s a significant step towards minimising our environmental impact.

Employee Wellbeing: This year we’re excited to update our UK-based office. All three floors will be completely stripped back and updated, making it an even better environment for our team to thrive.

Worker Transparency: We’re transparent with our customers about our processes, the factories we use/ manage and worker development.

Reducing Air Freight: We want to prevent air shipments as much as possible. Through more accurate designs and prototyping in the UK we rely less on air freight.

Sustainable Materials: It’s our top priority! Our focus is always on using the most sustainably sourced materials and those that are fast-growing.
