Christmas 2025: Ordering with Gadsby

No matter how much planning you’ve done throughout the year, we know the festive season often brings a last-minute rush for retailers. Whether you're waiting on hamper order confirmations or hoping to squeeze in a final top-up, we’re on hand to help.

To make things easy, and to help you avoid any last-minute stress, we’ve gathered all the essential details, including our final order dates.

Ways to order

All our products can be purchased online. Use our online chat if you have any product or stock-related questions. We're online during office hours and aim to reply quickly.
If you'd like to place your order over the phone with one of our friendly team, you can do so between 9am and 5pm Monday-Friday. You can also email us your order to [email protected].

Volume discounts

We offer volume discounts across our hamper and gift packaging range. Order our products in the box, carton or pallet quantity to save up to 20% off the single unit price. Discounts are automatically applied when items are added to the basket in the corresponding volumes.

Ordering samples

We understand that sometimes a screen doesn't suffice, and we welcome sample orders. With daily requests for these they are payable at the single unit price, but we'll always do our best to get samples to you by the next working day. If you are still unsure about the best product for the job, give our sales team a call. They have years of product knowledge and can make some excellent suggestions.

Stock due dates

If an item is out of stock for any reason, we will display when it is due back in on that product page. You can still go ahead and order out-of-stock products online - this will ensure incoming stock is reserved for you. As soon as the stock arrives in our warehouse, we will organise despatch. The dates displayed on our website are as accurate as possible but are subject to change. Our customer service team will always keep you in the loop.

Free delivery over £150

Standard delivery is free over £150 ex VAT for all orders to the UK mainland. For orders under this amount the standard delivery charge is £4.95. Where possible, we aim to send orders next working day (unless palletised) but this isn't guaranteed.

Last Christmas despatch date

We'll continue to despatch orders until the last courier collection from our warehouse on Tuesday 23rd December around 3pm. We aim to send all orders on a next working day service (unless palletised) but it's important to allow 1-3 working days. This is especially true at Christmas when courier services are at their busiest. Call our team as soon as possible if you need last minute stock urgently and we'll do our best to meet your requirements.

Making changes to your order

We aim to process orders very quickly. Once your order is placed, we're often unable to make any changes. Orders are processed on receipt and sent straight down to our warehouse team for picking and packing. If you do want to amend your order, call us immediately. To add more items, it is often easiest to place a new order.

Cancelling an order

Please let us know if you have placed an order in error or have changed your mind. We can retrieve the parcel and cancel the order so long as it has not yet left our warehouse. If the courier has already collected the shipment, you'll need to return the item to us for a refund. Please note that after 3pm on 23rd December there won't be anyone in the office to take your call.

Important Christmas closing dates

We will be closed for a short time over the Christmas period. Our final day in the office is Tuesday 23rd December. We will be closed from Wednesday 24th December, returning to the office on Friday 5th January 2026. You can continue to place orders on our website during this time, and we'll process them as soon as we return in the New Year.
