Product Description
Our bread proving baskets have been handcrafted from sustainable wicker and linen.
The basket is suitable for making 1kg loaves. We also stock a smaller basket which holds 500g of bread dough for proving.
The linen liner has an elasticated edge and covers approx. 40mm of the outer edge.
Our proving baskets have been finished with a non-toxic, water-based varnish which is food-safe.
Had issues finding this, did not realise they did this and really happy with the baskets.
