Our bread proving baskets have been handcrafted from sustainable wicker and linen.
The small basket is suitable for making 500g loaves. We also stock a larger basket which holds 1KG of bread dough for proving.
The linen liner has an elasticated edge and covers approx. 40mm of the outer edge.
Our proving baskets have been finished with a non-toxic, water-based varnish which is food-safe.
